AI enablement means getting your people to the point where they use AI safely and effectively in their daily work. It is not about operating single tools, but about understanding: what AI can do, where its limits are, and how to use it for your concrete tasks. Yes. Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act obliges companies to ensure adequate AI competence among their staff once they use or develop AI. A short survey at the start and end makes the skill uplift visible and measurable.
